Good reasons to write

Before you write

If a calculator result looks wrong, include the numbers you entered or use the Share link button on the tool and paste the link. That lets us see exactly what you saw.

We do not offer one-to-one troubleshooting for printers, but we read every message and use them to improve our guides.
